Management ~ Samuel Eshun
Biography
Samuel Eshun has a B.Sc. Physics degree from the University of Science and Technology in Ghana.  Samuel taught physics and computer studies for 4 years at Achimota School. Whiles at Achimota, Samuel took a course in Local and Wide Area Network administration, sponsored by Internet Society at McGill University, Canada.  He has also completed a training course in Project Management from Merjja Technologies in Canada.  Samuel has practical knowledge in website development and hosting.  From 1998 to date, Samuel has been the country manager for World Links Ghana (www.world-links.org), a World Bank initiated ICT in schools project.  Samuel has successfully implemented the project in thirty-one high schools across five regions in Ghana. Samuel Eshun is the founder of an online city guide (www.GhanaCityGuide.com) for
Ghana and also started Vitalinfonet Computer Services (www.Vitalinfonet.com) for developing, hosting and supporting websites and providing other Internet applications and solutions that are client tailored that ensures that each website and solution becomes a useful and integral part of his clients business operations and promotional efforts. Samuel has successfully executed short-term contracts as an ICT Training Consultant, facilitating training for organizations, including; America Peace Corp, One World, Busy Internet, Private Enterprise Foundation/USAID and the University of Education, Winneba, mainly in the effective utilization of ICTs as an integral part of daily business activities to enhance and promote business. He has presented and contributed papers at conferences including the Africa Development Forum, e-Schools of NEPAD, and SchoolNet Africa.
